Product Empties February 2016

So here are the products that I finished this past couple of months.

Human Nature Bug Shield - This is a definite lifesaver for us especially for my husband and baby since the mosquitoes loves to bite them. Its all natural DEET free product with your trusted citronella scent, safe for kids and adult alike. This is a staple in our household and we will forever repurchase this product.

Bio Oil - This is the top recommended product for diminishing stretch marks and during my pregnancy I've accumulated quite a lot of stretch marks on my legs. It is very noticeable when I wear shorts and skirts so I've been using this product for a month now and I've yet to see some changes but the product instruction says to use for a minimum of 3 months so I'll continue to repurchase this product and report back soon with before and after pictures. But so far I love how it feels on my skin and the scent is not offensive.

Etude House Mineral BB Cream - Its a standard BB cream complete with SPF 30. I love the coverage of this BB cream, its medium coverage but it needs powder to set. This also comes in a darker shade which I find is perfect for my skin tone unlike other BB creams which is too light and ashy. I like this BB cream but I'm not committed to it, because I found a CC cream which I'm loving for daily use at a lower price point.

Revlon ColorStay Foundation - My go to foundation if you have an important event that you need to look your best. This foundation is tried and tested full coverage foundation and it will not let you down. I will definitely repurchase this when I have important events. The only downside of this foundation is the scent, but for the coverage I'm willing to overlook it.

Revlon PhotoReady Foundation - I did not like this foundation. I have oily skin and this foundation made my face even more shiny than it usually is. It may work for dry skin people but I will not be repurchasing this product.

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation - This is a light coverage foundation and it feels it feels good on the skin. This would have been a perfect everyday foundation but on me it does not last that long, maybe because of my oily skin but nonetheless, I used it all up but I will not be repurchasing.

Artistry Hydra-V Fresh Softening Lotion - My Holy Grail Toner! I love this!!!
Artistry Hydra-V Fresh Foaming Face Wash - Its a gentle face wash but it's too expensive for what it is.
Artistry Hydra-V Vital Skin Serum - Very effective Serum and will definitely recommend for those those women aging 30 years old and up.

The Artistry Hydra-V Line is a very effective line of skincare but it's very high-end. If you have the money, I highly, highly, highly recommend this line. I love using this because it makes my skin so refined and smooth.

Dove Ultra Wide Deodorant - Its a standard deodorant, it smells great but I'm not committed to it. I will not be repurchasing it.

Maybelline Rocket Volume Mascara -  Its an okay mascara, it does give me volume and its waterproof, but I find that it clumps up on me and I don't like that look. I will try out other mascaras.

PureDerm Argan Oil Make-up Wipes - This is the ultimate best friend for all lazy girls. For the days the I can't be bothered to do full face cleansing at the end of the day, I make sure to at least remove my makeup with these wipes. It gently removes my makeup even the waterproof mascara while making my skin smooth and soft with the Argan Oil. I've repurchased multiple packs of this and I will forever keep this by my side.

Anti-Acne Product Heroes

I have been massively breaking out lately and its the kind of acne that is really deep in the skin and it was super painful to the touch. My breakout was mostly in my forehead and on my jaw line and it was not attractive. I think most of my breakout is due to hormonal change but, I have also amped up my skincare to help get rid of my acne.

Apart from my the daily makeup removers and cleansers, here are my Anti-acne product heroes.
Human Nature 100% Natural Sunflower Beauty Oil, Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer
Moisturizers and Oils
You may think that putting oil and moisturizer over acne covered skin will worsen the acne but, I found out that it helps in balancing the oil levels of my skin. I have oily skin and I was afraid of using moisturizers, as it turned out I'm breaking out because my skin was so dry and dehydrated. My dermatologist suggest that I used natural products and unscented products because my skin is really sensitive and acne prone. She also stressed the importance of moisturizing because it helps you have somewhat lesser wrinkled face as you get older. I mostly use the Cetaphil in morning after toning and the Sunflower oil at night.

Here are some of the listed benefits on the Human Nature Sunflower Oil
1. Helps lighten dark undereye circles
2. Helps lighten dark spots & pimple marks
3. Undereye moisturizer
4. Helps prevent & diminish the appearance of stretch marks
5. Helps soften and lighten underarms
6. Softens feet soles, knees & elbows
7. Removes stubborn makeup
8. Overall body moisturizer
9. Helps diminish fine lines around the eyes
10. Helps soften cuticles and dry skin
11. Makes skin glow and helps keep it youthful
12. Helps relax tired, puffy eyes
13. Helps relieve itch & redness caused by insect bites
14. Nourishes & conditions eyelashes
15. Helps lighten dark lips
16. Adds shine to dull hair
17. Helps ease dry & itchy scalp
18. Helps improve skin condition after sunburn
19. Smoothens dry, rough skin from shaving
20. Helps calm skin & ease rashes
21. Helps relieve symptoms of skin infections
22. Helps hydrate dry patches on face
23. Helps lighten lesions and scars

After reading the list I was sold to this product. I haven't used it apart from my face but so far I like that the oil absorbs to my skin in less than 5 minutes and it leaves my skin plump and supple the next morning. So give it a try!
Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution, The Face Shop Clear Away Spot

These two are my life savers because they help dry out and remove the acne faster.  I use the The Face Shop Clear Away Spot every night over those red swelling acne and over night it helps the redness and swelling go down. The Kielh's Clearly Correctly Dark Spot Solution, I use every morning under my makeup to help reduce my hyperigmentation due to acne scars.

These two are like magic! I can't stress how much I love them and I will never go without them on my vanity.

Skincare: My Day and Night Moisturizers

Here are the face moisturizers that I currently love.

Oil of Olay have been around for ages and ages and I know that everybody and their mum uses and trust this product . I've seen my mum use this before so I decided to give it a try and I love it. I have allergy prone, oily, and problematic skin so finding products that will work on me is difficult. I love the Olay line especially for sensitive skin because it does not break me out, it does not give me bumps under the eye, because I also use Olay eye cream, and best of all it doesn't have a scent. The Olay normal range have a slight scent but it does not also irritate my skin.

I use the Olay complete all day moisture cream (normal) and Olay complete all day UV moisturizer (sensitive) in the morning right after cleansing and toning my skin. I apply the cream all over my face and the UV moisturizer all over my neck and decolletage area. I usually let the moisturizers soak in for about 3 to 5 mins before I apply my makeup on. I find that my makeup applies more smoothly on my skin and it last a long time too. The moisturizers keep my skin hydrated so my face does not need to produce oil thus preventing my face to look shiny or greasy.

For my night moisturizer, I use the Clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion. I was suppose to get the moisturizing gel since that was for oily skin but I bought lotion by mistake. I still use it and the lotion works fine for me so all is good. This product really feels good on skin when you apply it. It goes on kinda wet and watery but the skin slowly absorbs it and the skin feels soft and plump afterwards. I don't know how to explain it but I love this product and I use it religiously at night. This has a unique scent to it but it goes away really fast and this does not also irritate my skin. I have been using my moisturizer for about 7 to 8 months now and I still haven't finish the bottle, this product could well probably last a year so it is a good value for money.

I've noticed that since I was using moisturizers my skin texture have greatly improved. If there is only one thing that I could do everyday to my skin besides cleansing , it would definitely be to moisturize because I've seen the results, it improved my skin texture, it helps control my oil, it keeps my face soft and it keeps the wrinkles at bay. So don't miss out on moisturizing everyday because the result is definitely worth it.

Review: Etude Drawing Show Creamy Liner

Drawing Show Creamy Liner
I may have finally found the perfect eyeliner for me. I was on a hunt for a smudge free gel liner and I happen to pass by the adorable display at etude so I took a look around and came out with this gel liner. I have been using this product for about 3 to 4 months now and so far I'm loving it.

Packaging
The packaging is super cute. It comes in a pink box and the liner itself is housed in a small plastic container with portable eyeliner brush.

Product
The eyeliner itself is very creamy, very pigmented and it glides on smoothly upon application. It stays on for a long time, it does not smudge. I usually were mine all day at work and straight to the gym after and when I get home my eyeliner is still on. Once the product sets, it is really on until you remove it with a makeup remover. The brush that comes with the eyeliner is a decent brush but prefer using an angled eyeliner brush.

I've been using my eyeliner everyday for about 4 months now and I still have not use half of it. The eyeliner has also not dried up, it is still as creamy as the first time I opened it. This eyeliner is also reasonably priced, it is a bit expensive compared to drugstore eyeliners but for the quality, it is worth it.

My Verdict
Packaging 5/5
Product 5/5
Value for Money 4/5

So far this is the best eye liner that I've tried and I will continue to use and I will definitely repurchase it.

Fragrance Collection

I was organizing my vanity last week and I've noticed that I had accumulated quite a number of perfumes and body sprays. These are fragrances that I currently have and I promise I use all of them.

Most used fragrance
Burberry The Beat
This has notes of tea from Ceylon, iris, bluebell, bergamot, cardamom, pink pepper, mandarin, light musk, vetiver and cedar. All in all the scent is clean and fresh. It comes across as floral with a hint of musk which is perfect for everyday wear and night fragrance. I've totally used up a whole 2.5 FL OZ of this and I'm using those sample bottles for night outs.

Work appropriate Fragrance
Mark and Spencer "Inspire" * Bench Celebrity Fragrance "Sweetheart"
"Inspire" perfume has the combined top notes of pepper and purple freesia. Middle notes of white helitrope, hibiscus blossom and rose. Base notes or cedar wood and sandalwood. Sting bought this perfume for my birthday and I loved it. The scent is clean and feminine, it has a floral scent but not to sweet and girly.

"Sweetheart" is a fruity combination of Grapefruit, Jasmine, Iris, White Musk and Cedar wood.  Its overall scent is that of fresh sweet day, not to strong but its noticeable.

These fragrances are perfect for teens and young adults. I find that they are not offensive and most of my guy friends and my boyfriend likes this scent.

Mature Selection
Jennifer Lopez "Deseo Forever" * Jessica Simpson "Fancy"
"Deseo Forever" has notes of Amber, Musk, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Orange blossom and Pink geranium.

"Fancy" has notes of pear, apricot and red berries; middle notes of gardenia, jasmine, almond and caramel; base notes of sandalwood, vanilla and amber.

These fragrances are musky and has a grown up or mature scent than those mentioned before. I like to use the "Deseo Forever" during the day and "Fancy" for night outs.

Casual Day Scents
Escada "Taj Sunset and Marine Groove"
Taj Sunset has notes of Alphonso mango, nectarine and blood orange. It has has features of aquatic flowers with raspberry and pamorosa or Malay apples. The base notes consists of coconut, sandalwood and musk.

The Marine Groove has notes of passion fruit, peony, jasmine and must.

Basically, these two escada scents have a floral fruity character which reminds me of a tropical vacation. These scents are perfect for summer because its fresh, light and a bit fruity.
Live Pink and Japanese Cherry Blossom
These body sprays are my go to scents when I'm just running errands or going to the gym. If I don't have anywhere particular to go, I almost always wear these body sprays. The Live Pink has a warm floral scent and the Japanese Cherry Blossom has a slightly musky floral scent.

Now that I have listed the notes of my perfumes I found out that I'm quite a floral girl. It may because fruity scents makes me hungry.

Etude House Skin Malgem "Fresh" Toner Review

This is the toner that I'm loving at the moment. I've just recently used up one whole bottle of this Etude House toner and I thought I would do a review.

Description: [mal:gem] - The Korean word for cleanness, clarity and pureness. Skin Malgeum hypoallergenic toners promote clean, clear and pore complexion with moisturizing and pore cleansing formulas.
* fresh: Oil control toner which controls excess sebum while providing enough moisture to keep the skin matte. Bamboo extract and sebum control ingredient keeps skin clean and fresh.

This toner can be used in different ways, you can use it as regular toner, 30-seconds mask, whole face sheet mask or facial mist. Just use thin cotton pads and soak them with the toner and slap on your face for a couple of minutes. I usually use this toner twice a day, once in the morning after my shower and in the evening after removing my makeup.

PROs
It is a very gentle toner with a very fresh scent
It helps control oil production
It minimizes pore size

CONs
It is more expensive than my old toner but the price is still reasonable

Overall, I love this toner and I've already repurchased it. I've noticed that it did help improve my skin. My skin is not as oily and the pore size have slightly decreased. This product have replaced my Beauche toner and clarifying lotion which was almost HG for me. I'm looking forward to trying the Etude house Malgem Smooth (exfoliating) toner next.

Review: Revlon Age Defying Foundation with DNA Advantage

I picked up this Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage during one of my hauls before and I've have been using it for over a month now and here are my thoughts about this product.

Initially, I bought this one because it claims to have powerful anti-aging skincare properties to help protect skin from visible signs of aging. So I thought, a foundation with skincare properties hmmm... your coming home with me!

This product gets an A for packaging. The packaging is hard plastic and it has a posh pump which is so convenient compared to the Revlon colorstay foundation. The pump just dispenses enough product and you have some degree of control over it by doing half pump or a full pump.
This is about half pump of the product. The consistency is creamy and not runny.
when swatched
when blended

This products blends well and it provides light to medium coverage. It also has a dewy finish which is really bad for my oily skin. I'm guessing that the dewiness of the finish is due to the skincare properties infused in this foundation. The product is beautiful but I was patting a whole lot of setting powder  to mattify my face. The product also has this very weird scent. I don't really like the scent thankfully the scent fades out after a while.

I'd say this foundation is good for people with dry to normal skin. I don't think this would work for oily face folks out there like me. The products feels good on the skin, it does not break me out with is good and I feel that it does hydrate my skin. However, it does make me look super shiny which is not attractive. Never fear, I found a way to make this foundation work for me. I mixed it my other high coverage foundation to add a little dewiness to the finish and I'm loving it.

January 2013 Favorites: Beauty and Random Stuff

January is over and you know what that means. It's time to round-up all of my favorites whether its beauty, fashion or any other random stuff. So lets begin...

Beauty
ELF Blush and Bronzer Duo
Swatched
I was a bit lazy this January, it seems that I was always rushing and I don't have enough time to get ready in the morning. When that happens, I could not be bothered to faff around with different eye shadows.  I just need to add some color to my face to not look like a zombie and head out of the door.

This duo was what saved me in those times. I use the bronzer as all over the lid wash of color and contour, then I apply some eye liner and mascara, light dusting of blush, and finally a bright lipstick.
MakeupbyToni Blending Brush
This brush is perfect for concealer application under the eyes and over spots.

Fashion

Mango colored jeans

Gadgets

Kindle Fire HD ("Kay")
Whenever I got nothing to do, I'm always on my kindle reading or surfing the web. I'll be bored to death without it. I'm still finishing up the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan.

Ipod Nano 6th Gen ("Irene") with Lunatik LYNK
I always listen to my Ipod when I'm riding transportation, waiting for someone or just shopping around alone. It entertains me and it's so convenient now that I can wear it as now wrist watch. My favorite music at the moment is Rhianna's Diamond.

Movie

Silver linings Playbook. A sweet but sad story about bi-polar lovers, starring my favorite actress Jeniffer Lawrence. When I saw this movie, I said to myself, wow that girl can sure act. I love her!

January 2013 Empties, Will I repurchase?

Here are some of the products that I've used up. There were a bunch more but I've took out those that I've already included in prior empties post.
Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat - fairly decent top coat. I've already repurchased it since I haven't found a top coat that is better than Revlon's. It makes your nail color look even more vibrant and it helps prevent it from chipping.

Revlon Color Stay Foundation - my trusted foundation. I've repurchased it countless of times and I will continue to purchase it since I know it really works well.
St Ives body lotion - this product is okay but I found that this does not last on me. I moisturize in the morning and by lunch my skin feels and looks dry. Maybe this product will work for those people who does not have very dry skin like I do,  but as for me I will not be repurchasing this product.
Olay night cream - this is a very standard night cream. The product feels good when you apply it and it does help hydrate my skin. I also like that it is reasonable priced and it has a nice fresh scent that helps soothe me before I go to bed. I will be repurchasing this product after I ran out of my other moisturizers.

The Body Shop Body Butter - Hands down the best body butter I've tried. It's so moisturizing that it will last you the whole day. I only apply in the morning and when I touch my skin at night it still feels smooth, soft and supple. I highly recommend the body butters from the body shop and I suggest go have a look around and smell the different scents because they have a lot of body butter selections. I personally love the Shea butter one because I find that the other scents are too strong for me but nevertheless the body butters are really good.
Maybelline Blush in "precious pink" - This product smashed but I'm still using it all up. No point in wasting product. It has a nice corally pink shade which looks nice on any skin tone but the one thing I dislike about it is that it has noticeable gold sparkle or shimmer that enhances my already shiny face. I will not be repurchasing this just because I prefer matte blushes.

L.A. Girl Pro concealer - my all time favorite concealer. See concealer smackdown for detailed review on this product.

Maybelline Babylips lip balm - It's a pretty standard lip balm which I definitely like and will repurchase.

Maybelline Magnum Volume Express Mascara (Waterproof) - I love waterproof mascara but the wand on this mascara makes it hard to apply. It makes my lashes looks clumpy and spider legs like. I like the formula but I don't like the wand.
Baby Wipes for removing makeup. I'm not picky with what kind of baby wipes I use, so I'll buy whatever baby wipe that is available. I figured that if it is good enough to wipe a baby's bum then it's safe enough to use on my face.hehe

Local BB Creams: Purederm and Pinkie Swear

For the days that I don't have anything important to go to and I don't feel like wearing foundation, I like to wear tinted moisturizers and BB Creams. However, access to cosmetics in the Philippines especially in my city Cagayan de Oro is quite limited compared to other parts of the country. I have been on a hunt for a BB cream that is inexpensive and that would work well with my skin. I purchased these two BB creams a long time ago and after ample testing period I finally decide to do a review.

Purederm 3 in 1 Magic BB Cream claims to protect the skin from UV rays, improves fine lines and wrinkles and brighten the skin tone. It has a SPF 30 PA++ which definitely double blocks UVB ray and UVA rays. It also claims to be waterproof and will stay on the skin against water and sweat. It come in a 50 ml tube and it has only one shade.  It was also really cheap compared to other mainstream BB cream. It was no more than Php 200 if I'm not mistaken.

This BB Cream does indicate in the label that It should not be used on blemishes, pimples and irritated or sunburned skin. It should not also be used on skin which is sensitive to bandage or tapes and usage should be stopped if skin becomes red and irritated.

I found this BB cream to be too light for my skin tone and it does not blend well. I can see the product settling on pores and it is not attractive. Since it also has high SPF content it is not good for flash photography, you will definitely look like a ghost in pictures. However, I will say that product is good for days at the beach for added sun protection on the face. As for the other claims to brighten skin tone and lessen wrinkles, I did not see any change on my skin.

This BB Cream in made in Korea
 Pinkie swear BB Cream foundation

It comes in 30 ml tube and it has three different shades. I have the BBCD-02 the middle color. This BB cream is priced at Php 300 and it is made in France. This BB Cream does not have any outrageous claim stated in the packaging. It simply says BB Cream Foundation.

This is a very straight forward product. I would say it more like a foundation but it does not feel as heavy. It gives you a natural look while perfectly concealing blemishes and evening out your skin tone. This does not have any SPF in it so it is good for flash photography.

Left: Purederm 3 in 1 BB Cream
Right: Pinkie Swear BB Cream Foundation

As you can see the Purederm BB cream has a very liquidy consistency while the Pinkie swear BB cream foundation has a thick gel like consistency.

 When swatched

It can get a little bit messy with the Purederm BB cream because the product is quite runny and it is difficult to control squeezing the right amount of product out from the packaging. The pinkie swear BB cream foundation on the other hand, has good packaging and product formulation that enables precise product extraction and mess free application.

When blended

Because the purederm 3-in-1 BB cream comes in a universal color it is difficult to blend and match it with my skin tone. While the pinkie swear BB foundation blended perfectly to my skin. It gives medium to full coverage while having a natural look. The BB foundation also has a cooling effect when applied to skin much like the Maybelline Aqua gel foundation. For both BB Creams, I always set it with a translucent powder since I have oily skin.

Verdict:

If you would like to try out some inexpensive BB creams found in the Philippines I do recommend trying out the Pinkie Swear BB Cream foundation. This product does not have outrageous claims but it does provide you with good coverage while still looking natural. I've tried using this BB foundation while doing some dance rehearsals and I'm happy to say that the product did manage to last on my skin.

Review: Celeteque Spot Corrector Gel

Thanks to my Hyperthyroidism, I am prone to having acne breakouts. During those time when my hormones are not properly balanced, I dread waking up in the morning because I know for sure I'm gonna see more than a couple of big red spots. My only savoir during those oh so dreadful days is my tried and proven Celeteque spot corrector. I have tried  a bunch of spot treatment like the Clean and Clear, Garnier, Tea Tree extract one and a whole bunch of stuff but, my holy grail so far the is this Celeteque Dermo Science +.  It has a soothing sensation and it significantly reduces the size and the redness of the spot overnight. I found that it does not only significantly reduce the size of the spot but the spot is not as sensitive or painful as the day before. On me, it takes about 3 days get rid of the spot using this product. I apply the gel only on the affected areas every night after I have cleansed and toned my skin and applied moisturizer as usual.

I have yet to find a product that works better than this. So if you’re like me suffering constant acne breakouts give this product a try and tell me what you think.

Etude House in Cagayan de Oro

For all those beauty junkie out there, I'm happy to say that Etude House has finally arrived in Cagayan de Oro. Etude House is a Korean cosmetic company with is known for their quality makeup with very cute and mostly pink packaging. Etude is a cosmetic brand that believes that makeup should be playful and not routine which is definitely evident in their very adorable display. Etude upholds 4 concepts which are high quality, affordability, lovely design and diverse color range.

The face of Etude House is no other than Sandara "Dara" Park from the group 2NE1.  I think she is perfect for this brand. She is lively, pretty, quirky and bubbly which is what Etude House represent.

Etude is also known for their skincare products. Koreans have very flawless skin and Etude facial masks and cleansers are really good. I personally love Etude's sheet masks.
Pretty girls trying out Etude lippies.

Kpop stars often sport bold wing liners and fluttery lashes. To get the look, try Etude eye liners and mascara which are specially formulated for Asain girls.
Etude BB creams are also good. BB creams back in the day was mainly used for post surgery application but it was made popular when Korean celebrities started using them. Etude has a good variety of BB creams and you might just find the right one for you.
Etude gets an A+ for their super adorable and organized display.

Etude House can now be found in SM City Ground Floor near SM supermarket and Centrio Mall (Ayala Mall) Ground Floor near National Bookstore. Personally I like going to Etude in SM because it is easily accessible, you can really spot the store instantly unlike the one in Centrio where it is located in a corner. The Etude in SM is also bigger than the one in Centrio so I don't feel restricted or claustrophobic when there are a lot of people around.

 So as they say...
 Wanna be Sweet? Play Etude!

Good Finds: Shiseido and Olay Eye Creams

I never use to use eye creams but one day, my Aunt sent me a sample size of the Shiseido eye cream as part of her beauty package in one of her balikbayan boxes. I saw a couple of YouTube beauty videos and the girls were talking about how using eye creams made a huge difference in their skin. They said that eye creams are formulated to protect skin from dehydration and dramatically minimize the appearance of wrinkles and lines to promote a youthfully smooth, radiant look. No body want to look  older than their age so I gave the Shiseido eye a cream a try and I loved it.  For the most part I like its texture. It has a gel like consistency and it glides on smoothly on your skin. It feels refreshing and so luxurious.

They say that you should use eye cream when you hit the early twenties. I just turned 26 but I have never used creams before. So I figured now is the right time for me to start taking care of my skin. I had used up the whole sample of the Shiseido eye cream and I noticed that it did improve the texture of my skin. Applying eye cream is now an important step in my nighttime  routine. I wanted to buy the full size of the Shiseido eye cream but I was amazed how expensive it was. I decided to go the drugstore route and looked for an affordable alternative. I went to Watson’s and bought the Olay Anti-aging eye cream and started using it.  Compared to the Shiseido one, the Olay was good but it was not the best. It still gave my skin the moisture that it needed but the texture is not as luxurious as the Shiseido one.

Comparison:

Shiseido Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream
Texture: Gel like (thick cream)
Application: smooth and silky
Skin absorption: It takes about 5 to 10 mins before it fully absorbed by the skin because it is thicker.
Full size price: $52-$55 around 2,300 pesos
Product size: 0.52 oz

Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Anti-ageing eye cream
Texture: thin cream and somewhat watery
Application:  smooth application with a slight cooling effect
Skin application: it instantly sinks into the skin.
Full size price: $14-$15 around 650 pesos
Product size: 0.50 oz

Well both eye creams are good and they both have anti-ageing properties. My skin doesn’t react negatively to both of them and both yield visible improvement to my skin. It made my skin more plump and smooth and it made makeup application much easier.

If you have the money and you want something luxurious, I definitely recommend the Shiseido Benefiance eye cream. Its a bit of splurge for an eye cream but I think, it is worth it. Maybe you could ask for the Shiseido eye cream in your holiday wish list. For those with limited budget like me, the Olay eye cream is also good. It is a no fuss eye cream, it gets the job done and it doesn’t break the bank.
